Boats are sold “as-is / where-is” with good transferable title. Boats are to be paid for in full on auction day by
cash, check or certified funds. Houseboats will be offered with owner-financing, agreeable terms for both
parties to be determined by marina personnel. Boat inspection period is May 25th through June 5th,
between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
